G'day mate, After leaving Sydney, we were heading for Port Macquarie, but the drive was too much for one day, so we stopped for one night in Newcastle - aussie style!!! We got to Newcastle by the afternoon, so we had time to check it out. We stayed in a camp the otherside of the river to Newcastle, so caught the ferry across.
