Wild sour green mangoes grow all over the Hacienda. So do star apples and pomellos. Trying all of the new kinds of fruit is one of the best parts of this trip.

I, in fact, make a pretty terrible rice farmer. I don't do 5 am happily, I am allergic to the bugs, and as my parents will tell you, I never was willing to help weed the garden.
