Festival de ???

Never figured out what it was called but a couple weeks ago there was a big festival where people bought things they wanted for the next year, like money, cars, passports, houses, freaky looking dolls... and burned them.

Ahh, La Paz. This is now my fourth time arriving in this fair city so I figured it deserved mention. There are give or take a million people who claim residency in La Paz and its uphill counterpart, El Alto.
