....Portugal, where else? We arrived in Lisbon in the glorious sunshine and not so warm 12 degree heat of an Iberian winter. The Portuguese claimed it was cold, which I guess it was, but from the damp of France and the cold of Germany, Lisbon was positively tropical. Portugal is an interesting country.
