Ben Pays Off the Maoists

The Maoist party demanded we pay them a "voluntary donation" when we passed them. As far as we can tell, they just sit there and demand money off anyone dumb enough to give it to them (i.e. us). However, in the words of my friend Shanyi: "they have no rifles. Rebels need rifles." So yeah, just keep walking and they wont even bother to get out of their chairs.
