What do I do with this Chicken?

This is one of the two chickens that Paul was given. He was happy to stuff it back in the sack and even happier that it was eaten in the village and wasn't carried back to Bamenda under the back seat of the van.

On to the Village

We stocked up on food buying a big bag of rice, several stalks of plantains, oil, and more and then headed to the village.
