Back to reality. We arrived in Malaysia on the 23/11, and had a bit of a shock. It was like driving back into the UK (proper roads and civilisation)! We took a bus from Thailand (after sailing from Lipe) into Penang in Malaysia. Once in a lifetime trip

We have decided that we are ready for a break from academia/work and want to spend some quality time together seeing the world! Our first stop is Bangkok in Thailand, where we spend a few days sorting out visas and visiting the delights that the city offers! We then move onto Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos and back into Thailand in the north, travelling into the south to Malaysia and Singapore.
