We were running a bit early so we decided to stopover for an day in Nagoya. As I had done no real research on the area, I did not know what to expect. Iwent on a short trip to China and Japan for six weeks. last time I was in Harbin in 2004 which was in the far north. This time I am hitting Beijing, Xi an, Hong Kong and Macau. Japan will be very meaningful as I was there in April of 1992...wow. Dave will be meeting me there and we´ll hit Tokyo, Kamakura, Kyoto, Osaka and Gifu City where we are staying with friends. Second trip that I blogged was to Princeton NJ and Ottawa, for conferences. Different than the first but still a lot of fun.... full info
