Traditional Warsaw Desert

A huge crepe-like pancake, again filled with sweet creamy cottage cheese, smothered in a fantastic tasting cherry sauce, and of course, powdered sugar. This is actually one desert cut into two as after a fantastic meal of pierogies and great Polish beer, there was hardly any room for this desert.
