it's dead, no worries. We saw an alive one, too, though.
Funny story: it's on the top of the stairs of the first pyramid we climbed in Tikal. First, we all thought it died admiring the view, but from our pictures it's obvious that it's facing the stairs! ;)

For those of you who don´t know: My sister and me went to Mexico, Guatemala and Belize in September 2007. We took this absolutely beautiful trip with GAP, had an amazing time, gained quite a tan (which, by now, is sadly almost completely gone), met a whole lot of great people and fell totally in love with Latin America.
