Beth eats a dumpling.

This is a staple food item in Northern China. While they come in all shapes and sizes, the traditional Tianjin dumpling is breadier and steamed rather than fried. This one is filled with pork. I am actually growing a little tired of them, but they are filling. Rosemary is in the background showing off her pot of hot water.
"Relax" yells my masseuse, strangely I tense up!
