Some people these days may call me aimless, a flake or worse. A few centuries ago I would have been called a Renaissance man, but I happen to be female. I guess I was born at the wrong time, except I like planes and the internet. Hence, all of "this". Come along as I learn how to make chocolate in a tiny shop in Belgium, write in the evenings, and share my musings from nearby cities during the weekends along the way, all in the span of just a few months.... full info
