First we didn't know why we could't take a bus to La Ceiba...but from the plain it became clear that the rain had done mayor damage to the land in Honduras.....

What I seen in Honduras so far was impressive, but not really in a positive way. After visiting the ruins of Copan I made my way to the Bay Islands. It would be a 2 day trip, but just 15 minutes before we left, we heard that a bridge had collapsed wich we had to cross on our second day. It had been raining for 8 days, due to the huricane Gamma.
