Ok, so I know this picture isn't the greatest, but it's the best I could get!! In case you're not sure, she's the one wearing the green dress and hat. Her husband Prince Phillip is there as well.

6/22/2007 Saturday Today started the third session of Scottish parliament, which was disbanded in 1707 and not reconvened until 1999. We went to the processional and festivities at Parliament and Holyrood Park. I even saw the Queen!!
