La Paz - No town quite like it!

La Paz is the Governmental capital of Bolivia. Its a big town with a population of about 1.7m including El Alto, the highest part of the city where the poorest people live. The view over the city from El Alto is stunning as you can see from the pics. The city fills all sides of a large valley.
