We arrived in Christchurch to find it looked very familiar, a lot like Britain - with brick houses, an Avon river, trees losing their leaves in autumn. Very like Cambridge, and lots of roads named after places in Britain. We looked round (as with every city) the botanical gardens, visited an excellent museum, a slightly odd art gallery (see bunny photo) and the cathedral. Also managed to hire a ... read more
