35000 madly pedaling fellows, rounding the Cape Peninsula for fun. The prevailing cultural segregation is so tangible while watching events like this. Same thing with the many trance parties in the Western Cape, it's over-predominantly white people participating. If there's a free rap-festival in the Company's Garden, it's with no doubt vice-versa.
