Alacalufe

There are lots of indigenous groups in Chile (especially in the south)and Puerto Edén is home to the decendents of the Alacalufe. The man in the center of this picture is one of the six people left in the world who still speak kawésqar. It was so neat to hear him talk and tell us about his life!
