Yesterday, I arrived at my hostel with no sleep and exhausted at 7:30 in the morning. So, I walked into my room and laid down on the bed to sleep. Then I thought that I would be better off if I just made myself stay up until at least early evening and get onto the right time zone/sleep schedule. So that's what I did.
