was moved here from the Art Gallery a long time ago, considered a bit naughty !
all comedy aside the pub was famous since troops leaving to go away in WW II would come here , fight a bit and the painting was often the last image of a naked woman they saw before they died, as proved by a very moving letter from one ex soldier on the wall. worth seeing just for the letter, as for the ladies name.. i 'll let you guess..
