Calhoun's on the River

bDefinetly one of my favorite dining spots in Knoxville! It has a great atmosphere and an awesome view of the River. It is always very busy on the weekends and on UT game days. The dress code is casual. The service is usually very good. Calhoun's on the River is close to all major downtown hotels, the University of Tennessee, Neyland Stadium and Thompson-Boling Arena. Accessable by boat, Calhoun's has a dock available for parking your boat. Plenty of outdoor seating is available on open or covered decks. Calhoun's has a vast menu with something for everyone. Their chicken wings are awesome as well as the Steak Calhoun's. It is all moderately priced. Calhoun's also has a full bar where I like to have an Amaretto Soure and they have a unique beer selection. Calhoun's has custom-built steam-heated microbrewery where they handcraft specialty beers. bI-40 East - Exit 388-A follow it to Neyland Drive & the restaurant will be located on your left.
