June 26 This morning we had another fun walk down the road and thankfully most of the mud had dried up from yesterday’s hot weather. We met two ladies on the walk with two dogs and two young girls, one about 8-9 was bawling her eyes out complaining of having to walk. For us traveling was something we always planned on doing in our retirement. Thankfully retirement came in April 2014. It took us a while to settle into our retirement home in Arizona. Last year we started a blog for family and friends as a way to take them along on our 5 month trip to Alaska. It turned out we enjoyed the blog as much or more than our followers because it was a reminder of our trip and all the wonderful daily adventures that faded over time.
