Kia Ora!

We have been spending the last few weeks travelling New Zealand. We have been everywhere! We started on the south island at Christchurch and did a big loop, which ended in Nelson. We then took the ferry to the north island before touring this island. We went on lots of long walks en-route and Laura did lots of crazy stuff like parasailing, black water rafting, zorbing and jet boating. I just watched from a safe distance!

This is the big 17km day hike. We passed Mt Doom as we hiked across the volcano crater. This looks very much like the picture from Morraine Lake!
