Day 21

Church in the morning, which was good. Starting to know quite a few people there, actually, and quite a few from the last time I was over in NZ. Rex, who runs a local computer business, was there and I had a chat with him about getting on line on the Mac from Mark and Tiggers, and he suggested I borrow a wireless router off him to get that working, so need to pop over and see him. After church, we headed back and I popped out on the bike for a 90 min ride, which went OK, 45 mins out towards Stratford, and 30 mins back. Was meant to be meeting up with Helen for her to go out on her new bike but she’d not been able to contain her excitement and had already been out by the time I got back!!! After that, it was over to Martin and Penny for the most fantastic barbeque, had a great time, the food was amazing, the company great, and Rebekah, their daughter, made a special trip over to see us, which was really lovely of her. Another great day! Even managed to get some training done. Toying with some ideas for dieting to try and shift some extra weight, more to follow…..
