Everyone says how amazing New Zealand is, but until you're there it's hard to imagine just how spectacular it could be. Gorgeous pit stop in a little fishing town just south of the boulders.

It was the one place we really wanted to see, but in actaul fact the trip there was more stunning - although it was probably just the change of weather that made it not look as spectacular as everything else.

One of the world's only Alpine parrots - supposed to be very rare but you see them everywhere in the south west part of NZ.
