Here begins the adventure of 12 months solo racing and chilling out around the world. Africa-Asia-New Zealand-South and North America from May 05-May06. It really is racing, 24 countries in all! So so so many stories to tell and sights to see... This was such a nice drive along the Otago Peninsula

Hair Kelp

Looking down the cliff at the end of the Otago Peninsula I was amazed at the 20-30 foot length of the seaweed!

Shag Cliff

Above the kelp, the shags were nesting everywhere. Called a cormorant elsewhere
