Hey All! So I am off to New Zealand to study abroad but before I get there I will be stopping by LA and Australia for a little pre-program travel. I 'll be gone from the US from Jan 16th until June 21st! I am wicked excited but also nervous to start this journey abroad. Emily Skinner, I think you are the most outdoorsy person I"ve ever met, by the looks of all these photos. Reading your blog has been the most convinced I have ever been that I need to get myself down there some day! Em- your journal and the pics are wonderful! It is so great that you are half way on the other side of the world and get to see your old camp counselor and her two beautiful daughters and her lovely home...and share that with all of us. How much does it rain there? We are emerging from a cold rainy miserable few weeks, months it seems, and the sun is energizing. Every picture you post is so panoramic and spectacular, Mother Nature seems particularly glorious in New Zealand. And it seems like you're thriving there! We miss you lots. xoxo Joni
