Edit Blog Post

So three months on from my last blog and things have cooled down a bit here in Queenstown, we have had a couple of -12 nights which leaves all the windows in the house with a thick layer of ice on the inside, the toilet bowl froze and transforms our back yard into something out of Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe. This has made the posty run a little sketch in some parts but no big falls yet. Currently doing the town run whilst Daveys away. Its really socialable and people are starting to reckonize me as Dan the postman. The house is always nice and toasty now as we never stop the fire cranking and we have friends and family staying pretty much everyweek. Winterfest was crazy down here with huge nights, packed montains and heaps of sweet bands and events going on. Renee is our new flat mate (k bout month and half now) works up Coronet Peak which is great for snow reports but is moving out at the end of the week, word is our bro Hovey is moving in and after losing about a week when he stayed a couple of months ago im not sure if thats such a good idea. But we will see. Otherwise life goes on down here, not much to report really just an update, hope everyones well and stoaked, stay cool
Big love Dan

winter down in one spot summer in the other
hey Dan... the postman ha Its your favorite costa rican cross roads crazy man. Looks like fun in the snow.. the north eastern US is in the thick of summer for now. I work as a cook in a small kitchen and it gets sweaty... Slow swell leaves it perfect for long boarding in a shortie or a 3/2 as I wait for the hurricane swells that leave you gasping for air... Its cool to know we can still keep in touch. Keep living it up. Oz
