Bungy...
Don't look down yet!After a day on the bus we arrived in Queenstown with lots of excitement for what we were going to get up to!! We started with a day out for me (J) going canyoning, cor' what a fantastic way to wake up! There were lots of jumps, slides, abseiling, climbing water falls, fox slides (zip slides) and swimming through flippen cold water, but still a great day out!
Next saw Hannah and I take a nice relaxing trip up the gondola to see the wicked view points over Queenstown and it was definitely worth seeing it. Queenstown is a beautiful place with the main town based by a lake and then surrounded by mountains, some of which had snow caps even in the middle of summer!!
The next day Hannah booked both of us a day bungy jumping.. The first was at the original site off Kawarau Bridge both strapped together (see picts) then onto the big Nevis high wire for me (J) to have a little play. Wow, they were both great and it was really fantastic to jump Hannah!! Really good fun to hear Hannah scream her lungs out! My play on the big jump was really

You can look now Hannah! a test bed for me to try and get some feeling about what a base jump might be like! I know it's quite a way off but it's not that far now!! Another great day packed full of that wonderful stuff I call adrenaline!! I (H) have to say that although I was pretty damn scared I did enjoy it but also have to admit not remembering a great deal until I got into the boat at the bottom - maybe I'll have to do another..!!! (Still no injuries!!)
