now why is it that we see pictures of ben and johnny jumping and yet we only see caspar sitting down....? i wouldn't be so crude as to suggest that caspar didn't actually jump....no no wait, actually i would...! obviously the camera man got a vicious trigger-finger cramp just as caspar jumped, nothing more sinister than that...to be sure to be sure
