After Dunedin we drive south along the coast through the Caitlins which is basically a scenic drive, we see some sea lions on the way and end up staying in Invercargill instead of a homestay on a farm which we had originally planned but made a hasty exit out of the farm due to its exrtreme remoteness. This just a stop over as we head for Lake Te-Anu.
