Hanmer Springs

Is a nice little ski village in winter, but just now relies on its thermal springs for revenue. Popular with tourists and locals, its provided us with 2 days relaxation, lazing about in pools of various temperature. There are also more exciting things to do, which Alex has found!! The village could be in UK apart from the surrounding hills - the trees are just like home!!! Anyway, lets do the photos, then I'll take myself back to the hot pools for an hour.

it does smell a bit! But a nice place, there are 9 hot pools, and 2 swimming pools here.

No, I didn't. But i watched my first jumper bunge from this bridge today. It looked awful. look closely, you'll see the jet boat under the bridge.

Alex took the jet boat for a daring ride. I'm afraid it doesn't appeal to me, so i had coffee, and awaited the return.
