We thought we would organise a trip into the Abel Tasman National Park from Nelson so caught a bus there but after discovering a lot of the trips charge $30 each to pick up from the city we thought we'd be better off going to Motueka where there is no extra charge. Its fun to see some of the same pictures I took that you have taken. The water at Torrent was perfect. Now that I have discovered your blog I will look daily. I was in NZ for three months this year (March-Aptil-May). Traveled mostly by bus and train. If you need any info on places to stay,eat etc. drop me an email anytime. Vince
