It's been awhile since my last update but we've pretty much been in the middle of nowhere. Auckland was so much fun. Our hostel rocked. It was called the Fat Camel and the setup was great - each room was like a suite. It had a living room, kitchen, and bathroom with 3 dorm rooms around the living area. We were there for a total of 6 nights and became friends with almost everyone in our suit... Read Full Entry

Beer....sunset.....more beer.....food...sunset
....I see a pattern here. You're definitely Gooning it up- I love the King Goon tattoos you gave those innocent, unsuspecting girls. :) Looks like New Zealand is as beautiful as people say it is. The picture with the face for Shawn, Blaise and Phil is perfect- although it is a classic Gary face. And that Ohio guy was totally in PCU...that is so gross that they peed in their beds and didn't take a shower- ewwww!!!! I would say have a blast but you already are. Miss you!

A-Team
I thought for sure that after seeing the A-Team van pic, you would have painted your van like the A-Team van, or at least like a van version of KITT or something super cool and completely dorky like that by now. Seeing the ferry crossing pic makes me realize how you haven't as of yet. I'm sure there are some great artist travelers around so tap them to do your work for you! "Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you've got a problem. If no one else can help. And if you can find them. Maybe you can hire, the A-Team. Cue music."

Ohio Goons
You can see that I was glad I got locked out of the room that night, and instead had a relaxing (i.e. not being urinated upon) in the Goonebago...
