Bright Lights, BIG City Arriving in Auckland we got a shock at what it is like to be in a big city again. The rest of New Zealand is pretty laid back and peaceful including Christchurch. We were pleased to know that the volcanos were on a catagory 1 warning. We assumed that was the lowest, not highest!!!

honestly these are the colours of the sunset here on the north island - totally unnatural.

It is long....
But it is quite good too. Some of the pictures are stunning. I like the rock jumping one, all the sunsets, and the big pointy tower one. Baby due in 6 days time (so I'm told) so will send pictures your way when I get one! Cheers guys.
