We made sure we knitted the socks to take to the lighthouse keeper, but it turned out that it was solar powered, and not even the whiff of a cup of tea! Anyway, it was a lovely walk on a sunny afternoon, and in good company too. George, Beb, Robyn, Joe, Carrie and Alex.

by the beach, and strangely every single shortbread biscuit got eaten. We decided not to swim because the tide was going out.

and Joe got bitten by a crab. We also saw a baby flounder camouflaged in the sand.

presumably, a cross between opera and avocado! Must be in the avocado orchard.
