My travel buddy (Anshu) and I sent of at 8am in the morning to Rotorua, the drive there took us about 4hrs.....but we were ire =)) Listening to some good music all the way. The sun was blazing hot and we were starting to get sweaty. The queue to get in was so long it took us an hour to get in!!! We did a little hop, skip and scream for joy was in!!! Yippee!!! The vibes were cool and we were jamming. Watched House of Shem and enjoyed....give a little love. Dino tried calling us but we wouoldnt hear him, eventually we gave up tring to find him and carried on jamming. People catching was so much fun....there were all sort of chracters. Jah man. THen it was time to stand in yet another all queue to get lunch - hot dog, chips and a hot drink. Sat and ate in the sun and felt totally drained - there was just no hiding from the sun, people were not allowed to take in umbrellas, chairs, tents or alcohol and were selling hot beers on top of that, the cword were jamming hard and did not seem to mind what they

not looking so ire.were eating, drink or smoking (weed of course - riff riff). After lunch found a shady spot by the toilet and plonked ourselves there. Watched Katchafire....found Dino on his way to the toilet. Sat and chatted for a while, he told us that UB40, Maxi Priest, Arrested development were all coming at the end. Decided we had enough and left at around 4pm. Hot drive back to Auckland, was a fun day would have been even better if it had been free as it was so badly organised.
