Classic....Classic....Classic....

Me and my enormous board (bigger it is the easier it is to stay on!)
Hello folks,

Well i knew the time would come eventually for me to leave the cozy little bubble of new zealand and move on to the next adventure....first to wrap up my time there. I had a blast at raglan, it was a fantastic place to see out the last few days of my time here. Days were spent very leisurly, whats new, with morning cleaning followed firstly by a surf if the sea was looking good. Not quite a pro surfer yet but i sure had fun trying, and what a priviledge to learn in one of the top surfing spots in the world! Second favourite activity was kayaking, we spent an amazing day paddling in and out of all the pancake rocks just across from the hostel and were joined in our games by a few seals which was very cool. All too quickly though the last night came up and as a goodbye outting we went out for a meal and a good few beers. even bumped into an old friend from queenstown to celebrate with. highlight of the evening was scaring ourselves silly on a flying fox (zip wire to you and me) in the pitch black,

Compliments to me for falling off yet again!
zooming down hanging on for dear life with the stars overhead and glow worms in the trees whizzing past wondering when it was all going to crash to a finish, a hair raising experience indeed! Back at the hostel Ina, jerome and Federico tried our hands at some midnight fishing and stayed around to watch the sunrise. Feeling quite worse for wear all too soon it was time for my bus to leave and i waved goodbye to some really cool people who´d become good friends in my short time there.
My last night was spent catching with with marc for some beers and rounding the time in new zealand off very nicely. I´ve spent 8 fantastic months here, i will truely miss this place and all it lovely nz isms, one day i´ll be back i´m sure.
I´m afraid exhaustion from jet lag is making thinking all too difficult right now, i´m going to go in seach for a beer, i think i deserve it! And the distraction of hearing the simpsons speaking spanish is just too much for now! So i´m safe and sound and soon will follow a blog with the start of my adventure in buenos
