First impression in New Zealand was great weather, exotic lush vegetation but as well very hilly region. Wherever you look- slopes and valleys. Street are sometimes so steep that a thought of stumble is terrifying. A walk there is a good dose of workout. Going to the point, the purpose of my visit was a trip to known from The Lord Of the Rings and Hobbit series, beautiful and green village- Hobbiton. Early morning me and three companions hit the road from Aucklad to Matamata. It took about 2,5 hours, but was definitely worth it.

I think no comment is needed about the village to anyone who have seen the series. What I would say- it's the place where it's just enough to take a look around to forget all the problems for a while, feel like one of characters and enjoy the pleasure of being there where beauty of nature mix with human mind creativity.

Pierwsze wrażenia z Nowej Zelandii to świetna choć deszczowa pogoda, egzotyczna bujna roślinność i zdumiewająco nierówny teren. Gdzie nie spojrzeć góry i doliny. Spacer po okolicy zapewnił zdrową dawkę wysiłku, a w niektórych miejscach ulice były tak strome, że sama myśl o potknięciu przerażała. Jednakże nie spacery po mieście były głównym celem tej wizyty, a odwiedziny w słynnej z serii filmów Władca Pierścieni i Hobbit bajecznie pięknej i zielonej wiosce.

Wczesnym rankiem z trzema towarzyszkami wyruszyłyśmy w drogę. Widoki z trasy były niesamowite, pełnia piękna natury i pastwiska.

Odnośnie wioski Hobbiton- sądzę, że dla każdego kto widział serię komentarz jest zbędny. Powiem tylko, że to miejsce gdzie wystarczy się rozejrzeć by zapomnień choć na chwile o wszystkich problemach, poczuć się jak jeden z bohaterów i rozpłynąć w sielankowym pięknie natury i kreatywności ludzkiego umysłu.
