We are Homeless in 11 days

Things are starting to gather a bit of momentum. We are at T minus 38 days until departure and now have a tenant for Hudson Street as of Friday night. Five days remaining at work, but the house is pretty much done apart from a handful of niggling difficult little jobs which are going to be outsourced to a "hire-a-hubby". The house is emptying out rapidly and the last big job (concrete grinding the gym) has been finished. Pepper really has no clues what is going on as all the familiar stuff keeps walking out the door, but at least her new home is going to have the right couch in it :-)

So, here is a timetable for you all :

1 November : The tenant moves his stuff into the garages and gym

2 November : We both finish work and my cell phone goes off-line (just call Sandra's)

5 November : The movers arrive for the big stuff destined to co-habitate with Humpfry at the Wilcocks homestead

9 November : The tenant moves into Hudson street and we starting visiting you lot :-)

10-16 November : We are floating at this stage, probably still around Hamilton knocking off the last loose ends. Our pre-holiday holiday
(see below) may kick off now depending on how quickly we get stuff sorted out and if Jet can get some flexibility in his work commitments.

17-25 November : Our "Holiday before the Holiday" when everything is done and we can relax and throw away our lists. Sandra is going to be at the Wilcocks homestead with Lara coming up for a visit, while Jet and myself will be riding some twisties in the South Island. Pepper's new adventures start here with a move down to Bulls to keen Jenni company during her finals.

26 November to 4th December : The home straight. We should be camped out at the Wilcocks homestead from here, but still have the Maxima so will be doing some visiting if we haven't caught up with you already.

5 December : Day 1 of 365, Auckland to Kuala Lumpur
