Auckland Hotel Room

The flight from Honolulu to Auckland was three Lord of the Rings movies long. My hotel room in Auckland was a pleasant surprise. It took me a while to realize that I was about four blocks from Queen Street, which is the main area for entertainment.

Instead of those little tubes of shampoo and conditioner, there was one dispenser in the shower.

The kitchen was a nice touch. I kept some things in the fridge, but mostly ate in the dining room. Kitchen came equipped with dishes and a microwave.

I appreciate the hospitality of any hotel that provides creamer and sweeteners with the room.

Hotel TV service included an Arabic channel. I couldn't quite make out the language, but I figured this was some kind of romantic comedy. Apparently, this is the romantic comedy lead.

And this seems to be the romantic comedy ingenue. I don't think she likes her lead.

I swear. There was an entire TV channel devoted to darts.
