Wow, where do I begin? The bus ride from Suva to Nananu-i-Ra was crazy. We were on an old rickety bus going over steep dirt roads and across "bridges" that consisted of 2 wooden planks and no guard rails. Seriously, I still can't believe we actually made it up there. It was a bit hazy out, but whatever.

Inside the hut

At the top of the mountain there was a hut, apparently you can stay overnight if you want. See the champagne bottle on the top shelf? We realized there was a note inside.

Some german couple spent their 25th wedding anniversary up there.

Sup Man it's 11 am and i'm home from work
There's a transit strike throughout all the five boroughs, so I'm home today!!! Anyway, I gotta meet this "Ray" character. He sounds like a lot of fun. Having your own posse must be nice. The pix rule as usual. Keep rockin on!!! Can't wait to see the next blog!!! Do it go do it and i don't care how ya do it but do it!!!!

Keep 'em coming
Just got into work and dealing with sub zero temperatures and the first transit strike in New York in a quarter century. Keep the updates and most importantly the pics coming Moskowitz ... allow me to continue living vicariously. And remember to keep your drawers clean.

SO FUN...
to follow your travels from your writing AND pics! this is awesome. and remember - as you fish, hike and sweat (alot), we ski, snowboard, and snoeshoe in the cold cold. and as you drink the days away just because you can, we drink to stay warm. happy chanukah and merry christmas to everyone!
