We've just spent 8 days on a desert Island !
Our Desert island was "Bounty Island" apparently it's also known as Celebrity Love Island - but we didn't know that when we booked it. It's really strange at one end of the island they've got this abadoned resort/film set that was used for the programme, and it's not used at all anymore, oh, except that they've nicked the pool and moved it so that we can all use it ;-)
We had our own beachside bure, which was very nice; and all the food is imported and cooked by them, really all we had to do was lie in hammocks and appear at the right time for meals ;-) We may have left the island heavier than we arrived....
The reef was just offshore and we went snorkelling every day - the colours and fish were amazing, huge stag's head corals, brain coral (looks just like you'd think) and every kind of fish imaginable, oh and a nice warm sea to swim in, what more could we ask for ?
