We have a tenant!!!!! Some people came to look at the house tonight and they are coming back tomorrow night to organise the bond and lease etc.
And we sold Mitch's ute to them as well!!! Everything is finally starting to fall into place!
So now the mad rush to get everything packed up before 24th Feb is on, its going to be crazy.
Apart from that nothing else very exciting to report, just getting excited about going :-)
