Grant and Rae's Oz Trip Feb/Mar 2014

James and I went for a run this morning..........mixture of road, track and beach complete with a couple of killer hills. Beautiful morning........went across the road for a swim afterwards......a bit chilly, but we did it! See pics of house and views across the road.

James and I played golf this afternoon at Kingston Beach Golf Club with Nick.....only 13 holes out of the eighteen, called the chicken run for some reason. Very fast greens, great bird life and a very interesting travelator/escalator/lift sort of thing to get you up from 17th green to the 18th tee! I've not mentioned how I played yet........we all had our moments but, for all sorts of reasons (excuses), mine were fewer than Nick's or James'........different clubs, too many screeching cockatoos, too bright sunlight etc.

Nick and Jacqui came over for a meal tonight, cooked by Rae and we had a good laugh, especially at some pics of James when he was younger.

Off to Salamanca market in Hobart tomorrow before driving up for an overnight stay at Bicheno, near Wineglasss Bay........not sure if we'll have internet there. You'll find out tomorrow.
