Leaving our campsite at Salt Creek, as well as Larry's remains - sucked dry and respectfully placed in the rubbish bin - we continue our drive northwards along the Limestone Coast before turning left towards the Fleurieu Peninsula. ...you don't see everyday. Little penguins (also known as fairy penguins) nest in only a few places on Australia's coastline, including on Granite Island.

Lit by the guide's non-dazzling torch, a little penguin makes its way from the shore to its burrow after three days of feeding at sea.
