Chilly start to the day, had to have the heater on in the car to warm up, southerly blowing at Kaniva this morning. Was'nt long before we were over the border into South Australia. Nice cuppa tea at Tintiara under the big windmill. Roads are great, and we go on to Mannum, lovely little town, where we cross the Murray on the ferry. The ferry runs 24hrs a day and if there's no one at the stop, just ring up and someone will come down and take you over. There's a speedboat out on the river, and some really little kids are skiing up and down. No bigger than Jake!
We are now at a little caravan park at Swan Reach, which is absolutely beautiful, right on the Murray, the water is like glass and it's lovely and warm as well.
