Adam Caro at Hotel Colonial (Cuzco)

Hi all,
We stayed at the Hotel Colonial, Cuzco last January. The hotel was fine. I was approached by a travel agent (Adam Caro) who arranged a few things for us. Some of them worked out OK, but some did not. Unfortunately, the ones that didn't were the ones which were to occur after we left Peru. We communicated with Adam via email about it and he was most apologetic and blamed Western Union for not transferring money. He declared his intention to return our money. Unfortunately, he has never done anything more about it. Where he is concerned, my recommendation would be to make sure that everything has been paid for, before you leave Cuzco.
