Inskip Weekend with the Grays

We have finally started our big trip around OZ. Left Mum and Dad's on friday morning and set up camp at Inskip Point, Rainbow Beach for 2 nights. We were joined by the Gray family (Matt, Ruth, Tayla & Mischa). Heavy rain storm tested our set up on the second night but woke up to a beautiful sunny day today to pack up and move on to our next stop. Paradise Dam near Biggenden. Sad to say goodbye to Matt and Ruth...we will miss you!
We have no photo's to upload as yet...small drama in the rain on saturday night when the water leaked into the powerboard that was charging our batteries. Will be buying new camera batteries soon.

Who said you can't have a fire and camp oven dinner in the rain?
We came up with a great way to keep our fire going in the rain...not long after we noticed quite a few other campers comming up with the same.
