We were woken in the middle of the night by a massivetropical storm, when it rains here it really does rain apparently! We had left our washing out, not good! Despite the rain it was still boiling hot out all night so we didn't sleep too well.
When we got up we drove 3 hours to Port Douglas which is our most northerly stop before we head back down to Cairns.
Apart from going to the shops to get some food and cooking fajitas we haven't done anything else! But that's ok as tomorrow we're going quad biking!
